We want every JOHAR order handled with the same care as the piece itself. Please review the details below for processing times, shipping costs, and delivery.

Processing Time

In-stock items ship within 2 business days of order confirmation.

Made-to-order, custom, personalized, engraved, or resized pieces require additional production time before shipping. Estimated processing time for these items will be noted on the product page or confirmed at the time of order.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, weather, and high-volume periods.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping on all orders over $300.
Orders under $300 ship for a flat rate of $15.

Rush Shipping

If you need your order sooner, contact us before placing it to request rush processing or expedited delivery. Additional charges will apply and will be confirmed with you before your order is placed or shipped.

Signature and Insurance

All JOHAR orders are shipped with required signature confirmation and insurance, regardless of order value. Someone must be available to sign for the package upon delivery. We are unable to waive this requirement, as it protects both you and JOHAR in the event a package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only. We are unable to ship to PO boxes, APO, or FPO addresses at this time. A physical street address is required at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Please contact us as soon as possible if your tracking shows a delivery issue, or if your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window. Because all shipments are insured, we will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.

JOHAR is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.
